Yes, we can do OEM and ODM for customer.
We can do the OEM, the MOQ for OEM need one design 3 ctrs.
Customer can use their own carton design. The MOQ will be one type in 3 ctrs.
We can adjust the colors as per your instruction with our own designs not more than 3 days. If you offer us the design directly and we can also make the sample within 3days. But if you don’t have the original design then we need to do the design draft first then make the sample and this will take at most 7days.
Sure you can. You can ask your QC or even the 3RD party to come to check the goods. But even you don’t come to check the goods and our QC will still do the inspection after the production and before loading.

No, we usually arrange production according to the orders. And we only keep stock for some very hot sale designs.
We have QC team that follows the production lines for 24hours. We divide the team to 2 groups and one works for the day and the other works for the night. After production of 48hours, our QC will check randomly again for the production. They will open 4pallets and each pallet 8boxes and put them on the floor to see if there is color difference.

Our port of loading is Qingdao port and it is in the north of China.
It depends on the maximum weight of allowance in the destination port. Most ports can accept 27tons but usually the actual weight we load is between 27 to 28 tons because 5% of float can be acceptable. There are some countries which can only accept 24990KGS like Korea and also some countries can only accept 25tons or even 20 or 22tons.
Mostly some pieces of tiles are broken which is normal. And if there are much quantity broken and will try to find out the reason and help to solve the problem.
We only stop production for 1 to 2 months before Chinese New Year every year. We need to overhaul the machine to ensure the smooth production next year.
Every year, factory need about one month to fix the machines. So they will stop the production to fix the machines one or two months before Chinese new year. And also every Chinese new year time is different, so usually, we suggested customer to book the Chinese new year order before the end of Oct or the beginning of Nov..If can book early, it will be better that can have enough time to prepare finish early.
If everything go smoothly, factory will start the production 15 days after Chinese new year holidays. And then need about 7-15 days to make the production stable. So usually one month after Chinese new year holiday can arrange the order for customer.
